Kids Cuckoos Nest – PA Day Camp Activity Schedule
A full day of fun, creativity, and play — all in a safe and supervised environment.
Each camper enjoys a variety of engaging, age-appropriate activities designed to inspire imagination, teamwork, and laughter.
Sample Daily Schedule

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Before Care (optional) — Early drop-off available for registered families, with quiet play and morning games.

Supervised Playtime — Free play in our large indoor play structure and sports court.

Team Sports & Group Games — Friendly competitions, teamwork challenges, and fun physical activities.

Crafts & Creative Play — Guided arts and crafts projects and time in our Play-Dough Room to create and explore.

Pizza Lunch & Fresh Fruits & Veggies — Nut-aware lunch provided. Campers enjoy a balanced, kid-friendly meal together.

Arcade Fun — Each child receives a $10 game card to enjoy our arcade area.

Movie Time with Popcorn — Relax and unwind with a family-friendly movie and popcorn.

Afternoon Playtime & Wrap-Up Games — One last burst of fun before pick-up.

What should we bring?
Please send your child with:
- Two nut-free snacks (morning and afternoon)
- Lunch (if not included with your booking)
- Refillable water bottle
- Socks for indoor play
- Change of clothes
- Swimwear or water-friendly clothes if water play is planned
What is your staff-to-child ratio?
Our staff-to-child ratio is approximately 1:5, which is one of the smallest ratios in the city. This allows us to give each child more individual attention, support, and supervision throughout the day.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
We require at least 7 days’ notice in advance to cancel or reschedule a PA Day camp booking. Please note that PA Day camp cancellations are non-refundable.
Can you accommodate special dietary requirements, such as nut allergies?
We are a nut-aware space, which means we ask families to avoid sending foods that contain nuts or nut products. However, we are not a completely nut-free environment, as some items may be manufactured in facilities that also process nuts.
If your child has food allergies or specific dietary needs, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to support them safely.
