Rules and Regulations
- A waiver of liability/assumption of risk must be signed prior to participating in any activities.
- Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults. No shoes or bare feet are allowed.
- All children must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or caretaker at all times. Drop-offs are not permitted.
- Sick children are not allowed in the facility.
- Adults are not permitted in the facility without accompanying a child.
- No toys from home are allowed in the facility.
- Reckless play is strictly prohibited. This includes climbing behind or on the sides of equipment, running, or engaging in unsafe activities. You play at your own risk.
- No flips, somersaults, or stunts are allowed.
- Always go feet first down the slides. Raise your arms to prevent elbow burns, and wait for others to exit the slide before sliding.
- Do not stand at the bottom of the slide or climb up the slide. Use the designated side steps to climb.
- Enter and exit all equipment properly. Climbing over side walls is not allowed.
- Do not lean over the edges of equipment.
- To dismount from equipment, either step down or sit and slide off. Jumping off is not permitted.
- No toys, glass, or sharp objects are allowed on the Kangaroo Jumper.
- Empty your pockets and remove jewelry before participating. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
- Outside food and beverages, including items from restaurants such as Tim Hortons or McDonald’s, are not permitted.
- Water bottles are permitted
- All entertainment must be coordinated with Kid’s Cuckoo's Nest. Piñatas and confetti are not allowed in the facility.
